the office system contracts that created such a scandal for the Central Ohio contractors and gov't officials weren't interested in simply cost cutting john...
they were breaking state wage and hour laws to the tune of millions of dollars, by cheating both the state and the workers and then taking public dollars and placing it into their pockets...
not hte first time this has happened, of course in america..but it was serious
my work helped uncover the same and led to both civil fines and major wage repayments to numerous workers and we set an enforcement level and standard that helped to create a whole new environment for both state offficials, contractors and most of all...american workers who were being cheated out of tens of thousands of dolars per job...
